In-Person Classes
If you've ever said "I'm not flexible enough for yoga" or "I can't quiet my mind," Yin yoga might be exactly what you need.
There's no complicated choreography, no pretzel-like poses, and no pressure to look a certain way. Yin is practiced mostly lying down or seated, using props like bolsters and blankets to support your body exactly as it is.
You'll hold gentle, restorative positions for several minutes while your muscles fully relax - giving your body permission to release tension you didn't even know you were carrying. This isn't about perfection or performance; it's about showing up for yourself, breathing through the stillness, and discovering what your body can do when you stop forcing it.
If you can lie down and breathe, you can do Yin yoga. I’ve got you.
All bodies, all experience levels, all genders and identities, all are welcome.
