Why do we need coaching?
Most people are not short on information. The missing piece is usually consistent, personalized support to help you figure out how to use it, stay on track, and make changes that last.
That’s the benefit of working with a coach.
A health coach is not a replacement for your doctor, therapist, or nutritionist. We work alongside your care team as the consistent presence between appointments, helping you translate medical guidance and good intentions into daily habits that hold. Whether you are implementing recommendations from a physician, rebuilding your energy after a health challenge, or simply ready to feel better in your body, coaching provides the structure, accountability, and support to help you get there.
What’s included in each engagement?
An initial intake to understand your history, what you have already tried, and what your specific goals are.
Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions over Zoom or in-person depending on your location - or 30-minute weekly if you are working on something time-sensitive.
Resources, tools, and activities to support your progress between sessions.
Accountability and follow-through tailored to how you work best.
