Energy Shift is a 90-Day program designed for individuals who are burned-out and need to reset their nervous system, establish a wellness routine, and figure out what’s next in their career.

Format

  • 3 month engagement

  • 1 Initial 60-minute Zoom session to initiate the program

  • 12 30-minute weekly Zoom sessions

  • Additional support via chat

  • Connection to other members actively enrolled in the program.

  1. Evaluate, Reset, and Build Healthy Routines.

    • Reset your nervous system with simple practices that will help you feel calm right away.

    • Complete an energy & stress audit to get a clear picture of how stress shows up in your life.

    • Build a personalized routine of practices to help you get and stay calm and in control across work, family, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.

  2. Clarify Values & Goals, Define Boundaries.

    • Uncover your values, where they need to be better reflected in your life.

    • Identify your non-negotiables and boundaries

    • Set your personal goals for work and life: What major things do you want to accomplish?

  3. Build a Roadmap & Get To Work.

    • Translate your goals into action items and organize them into a 90-day plan to make major changes across life and work.

    • Finalize your daily and weekly routines and action steps.

    • Begin taking action on your plan with my support and guidance.
