The Well's workplace workshops are grounded in integrative nutrition, nervous system regulation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, somatic practices, and mindfulness, giving your team practical tools they can use immediately and build on over time. Every engagement is led by certified health coach Nicole Torgersen or Dr. April Gill, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, bringing together expertise across health coaching, integrative nutrition, acupuncture, breathwork, and healing traditions.
